ASHLEY GULLEDGE, CPC

Vice President and Principal Talent Executive

Pick a Therapeutic Space:
A tie between psychiatry and rare disease.

Words to Live By:
Treat others the way you want to be treated.

3 Fun Facts:
Crecia and I not only work together but we’re actually cousins and live right down the street from each other. I grew up in chorale, so you’ll always find me singing along to music wherever I go. I live in the city but have grown up fishing, hunting, and riding dirt bikes/4-wheelers in the country.

Power Word:
Persevere

Recruiting Style:
Relationship driven! I want to get to know you and your motivations. I want to make sure that we’re not only matching skills to a position and company, but also personality, sense of humor, communication style, ethics, etc. That matters more to me than the ability!

Ashley is a graduate of the University of North Texas and has been recruiting for nearly seven years. She has thoroughly enjoyed working in Medical Affairs and has loved the relationships she’s developed throughout the years. She looks forward to continuing those relationships and building new ones here at PharmaFinders.

Ashley is a born helper, which is why being a recruiter is such a natural fit for her. In addition to that, Ashley believes that everyone should be treated and cared for equally, and that the basis of a great relationship is honesty and transparency. She implements that with everyone she meets, including her candidates and clients. Ashley wants to help match the perfect candidate to an awesome client, but she also likes to get to know who she’s working with on a more personal level. Because of that, she has created some great friendships through recruiting.

When Ashley isn’t working you can find her still hanging out with Crecia and Heather, in addition to other friends and family. She loves traveling and is always excited about taking an impromptu trip somewhere. Her ideal situation is a good hole in the wall spot with karaoke and great company.
