Recruiting Style:
Relationship driven! I want to get to know you and your motivations. I want to make sure that we’re not only matching skills to a position and company, but also personality, sense of humor, communication style, ethics, etc. That matters more to me than the ability!
Ashley has been recruiting for more than ten years, with the majority of her career focused on Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. She genuinely loves what she does, not just because of the recruiting itself, but because of the people she gets to meet and the relationships she’s built along the way. Over the years, many of those professional relationships have turned into lasting friendships, which is one of the things she values most about her career.
Ashley has always been a born helper, making recruiting a natural fit. She believes that everyone deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and transparency, and she brings that mindset to every candidate and client she works with. For Ashley, recruiting isn’t simply about filling a position; it’s about taking the time to understand the people involved, figuring out what they’re looking for, and creating a connection that makes sense for both sides. She genuinely enjoys getting to know the people she works with beyond their resumes and job titles.
When Ashley isn’t working, she’s usually spending time with friends and family, or planning her next adventure. She loves to travel and is always up for an impromptu trip, especially if it involves finding a great local restaurant, a hole-in-the-wall spot, live music, or karaoke. More recently, she’s added pickleball and billiards to the mix, playing in both a pickleball league and a pool league. She’s always happiest when she’s surrounded by good people, trying something new, and having a lot of fun along the way.

Candid, genuine, and not salesy. I value honesty and what you see is what you get with me. It’s my favorite when it’s a two-way street with candidates/clients on those fronts as well.
